Morgante and coeliac disease
30.01.2012
Since 1997 Morgante has excluded gluten from the ingredients used to produce cured meats in order to meet the needs of consumers with coeliac disease or an intolerance to gluten, and for years many products have been included in the Italian Coeliac Association's handbook.

The company pays increasing attention to food disorders, to the point that its new range of Morgante Frankfurter sausages ("I Classici", "Servelade" and "Morghì") has been certified as gluten free and sports the crossed grain symbol as it complies with the most stringent parameters laid down by the Association.
